There are seventeen (17) local reading councils in the state of Maryland. Look at the map below and select the Reading Council that fits your Professional needs.

The current Membership year is September 2004 to August of 2005. The annual dues of $25.00 includes membership in a Local Council and SoMIRAC, both affiliates of the International Reading Association.
